The St. Charles pool, located behind the school, is an indoor, 25-yard, competition pool with six lanes, flags, and starting blocks. The building is illuminated by a skylight, heated during the winter, and air-conditioned during the summer. Pull buoys, kickboards, and paddles are available. Men's and Women's locker rooms have toilets, showers, hairdryers, full-length mirrors, sinks, and lockers (bring your own lock). Parking is free and abundant, and the post-practice commute into downtown Columbus only takes five minutes on Broad Street. Pool opens 15 minutes before practice -- enter via the right-hand doors at the top of the short flight of stairs from the parking lot.

The Sharks practice year round at St. Charles pool on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, and also on Saturday mornings during the Fall, Winter, and Spring Quarters. For current practice schedules, click here.

Bexley Pool

Bexley Pool is a new, 25-yard, heated outdoor pool with eight lanes and a depth that varies from 4 feet in the shallow end to 5 feet in the deep end. Pull buoys, paddles, and kickboards are available. Men's and Women's locker rooms have toilets, two showers, plenty of sinks with mirrors, soap and paper towels, and lockers (bring your own lock). Parking is free in attached parking lot. Pool opens 30 minutes before practice.

Gahanna Pool

VIEW PARKING AND ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS




Gahanna Pool is a newly renovated, 50-meter, heated outdoor pool with nine lanes and a depth of 4-6 feet.  Pull buoys and kickboards are available.  Restrooms have toilets, sinks with mirrors, soap and paper towels, but no showers or lockers, and little space for dressing.  Parking is available behind the pool, close to the back gate we use as an entrance; please do not park in the front parking lot because the front (main) entrance will not be open.  (Click on "Parking and Entry Instructions" above for a map of where to park and enter the pool.)  Pool opens 10-15 minutes before practice.
